Magna Carta Gin

Nine botanicals are carefully blended to create our award-winning Magna Carta Gin. With the help of vibrant citrus from orange and lemon peel, juniper takes the lead. Green peppercorn and coriander seed offer a subtle warmth and spice, while tonka bean contributes a smooth, creamy depth. Earthy orris root grounds floral hibiscus, while fennel seed adds a hint of sweetness. This unique recipe was developed to add complexity and elegance to the traditional martini, whether it is sipped neat or garnished.

Some of the most reputable names in the business have acknowledged the quality of our gin. At the London Spirits Competition, where bartenders and drink buyers from upscale hotels and restaurants judge blind tastings, we took home the Gold award. Additionally, we were recognised for our dedication to excellence with a Silver from the IWSC and a coveted 2 stars from the Great Taste Awards.

A spirit that stands the test of time

Our bottles are crafted to resemble fine porcelain, giving them a distinctive, premium feel that stands out on any shelf or table. The smooth matte finish, subtle texture, and refined design reflect the care we put into the spirit inside—elegant, timeless, and made to be remembered.

In order to maintain total control over each genuinely small batch, our award-winning distiller uses traditional 300-liter copper alembic stills that are heated over open flames to oversee every step of production. Here, there is only genuine workmanship rather than industrial mechanisation, rectifying columns, or chill filtering. Each bottle undergoes a single-shot distillation process before being manually filled, tagged, numbered, and sealed.

Our distiller creates each cut by taste rather than using machines. In order to guarantee that only the best liquid enters the bottle, he discards the heads and tails and only records the core of the run, when the spirit’s character is at its strongest.
