Clause I — Ordering & delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders and is sent on a 48-hour delivery window.
What if my order doesn't qualify for free delivery?
Orders that aren't eligible for free delivery are sent on a 24-hour signed-for service, so you'll need to be available to sign for the parcel.
Do I need to be 18 or over to order?
Yes. All our products contain alcohol, so you must be 18 or over to purchase from us. We may ask for age verification and reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe this requirement isn't met.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, email sales@magnacartaspirits.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Clause II — Returns & refunds
Can I return a bottle if I've changed my mind?
We're not yet able to offer a returns service for opened bottles, it's something we're actively working towards. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Who pays for return postage on a change-of-mind return?
Returns are accepted at the purchaser's cost. We'd recommend a tracked or signed-for service, as you're responsible for the goods until they arrive back with us safely.
When will I get my refund?
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we'll process your refund, including the standard outbound delivery charge (any premium delivery upgrade is non-refundable).
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@magnacartaspirits.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll cover return postage and offer a replacement or refund.

Clause III — Our spirits
What's in Magna Carta Gin?
Nine botanicals go into every batch: juniper, orange and lemon peel, green peppercorn, coriander seed, tonka bean, orris root, hibiscus and fennel seed, copper-distilled in small batches beside Runnymede.
What's in Magna Carta Rum?
A Caribbean base rum, triple-distilled in England for extra clarity and smoothness, blended with clove, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla pod, lime peel, allspice, tonka bean and grains of paradise.
What's the ABV of the gin and rum?
Both are bottled at 42% ABV, a strength we chose deliberately, so the individual botanicals and spices in each recipe come through clearly rather than being masked by the alcohol.
What sizes do you sell?
Our signature 70cl porcelain bottle, plus 5cl and 50cl pouches, handy for gifting, travel, or trying before you commit to a full bottle.
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes, we offer gift boxes in a gin-only selection, or a mixed set combining our gin and rum, both featuring 5cl pouches.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, from time to time we run special offers and voucher codes across our range.
How do I find out about new offers?
